Blitzen (12/18)

Things are wonderful here with Bama! It’s hard to believe he’s only been with us for 3 months! He’s a perfect fit in our family & he loves everyone as much as everyone loves him. He’s great friends with his fur sister, Nessee (our cat) and they love to play & nap together. We have a 2 yr old granddaughter that visits often and he gets so excited to see her but is always so gentle with her.

Mike, our 14 yr old who picked & named Bama, is his best friend. Bama knows exactly what time Mike gets home from school and is ready to play the minute he walks in the door. He also knows when my husband gets home & he greets him every night! I’m home with him all day so I get lots of cuddles, especially when I lay his favorite down comforter on the couch! Bama is the master of anything squeaky & he’ll play with his toys for hours, especially when we’re playing with him. His vet says he’s perfect & we couldn’t agree more.‰

I can’t tell you how grateful we are to have found your organization & how thankful we are for everything you do for these animals. We spread your name everywhere we can in hopes that others can find the love of their lives like we have!

Birch (12/18)

Thank you so much for reaching out! Jack (formerly known as Birch) is doing really well. It's been about three months since his adoption and he is loving his new life. He just turned a year old, is about 54 pounds, and has just barked for the first time. We started training classes two weeks ago, and he is incredibly smart. He loves learning new things, and especially loves being around other people and puppy friends. His favorite things are long walks, snuggling next to (and on top) of us, and playing with squeak toys. He is the perfect fit, and we are beyond grateful we found him. There have been some challenging moments along the way, but he is such a good boy and just wants to give as much love as he can.

Buddy (6/18)

Buddy is fine.  He is lovely.

Bailey (1/19)

We couldn't be happier with Winnie (we decided to change it from Bailey)!  From day 1 she fit right into our family. She gets along famously with our other dog (see photo), sleeps on the kids' beds overnight, is always ready to fetch the ball in the backyard, and is such a good girl while we are away during the day.  We can't wait to take her up to our camp in the Adirondacks to see if she'll swim in the lake. Thank you so much for the wonderful work you all do connecting people with dogs in need of loving homes.  We would take them all if we could! Best of luck in your new location!

Bambi (9/18)

Both Bell (Bambi) & Katie (Kala) are doing great now. Katie had upper respiratory & intestinal infections which Bell & our 3 cats got respiratory problems from her. But all got well with antibiotics. Katie needed to gain weight & Bell needed to lose which both have done. We are down in Florida for 4 months which the dogs are enjoying. They weren't a big fan of the NYS cold! Both are loving & sweet little dogs. Great additions to our home.
