By adopting this cat, you agree to the following.

1. THIS is an indoor cat. I will not let this cat outside.*

If you wish to adopt an outside cat or indoor/outdoor cat, please give us details of your situation:

2. I will not declaw this cat.*

3. I will not move to a place that doesn’t allow cats.*

4. I will never abandon, surrender or sell this cat. If, for any reason, I am unable to keep this cat, I agree to return the cat to Save a Stray.*

5. I will scoop the litter box daily, sanitize weekly, provide fresh and sufficient food/water daily.*

6. I am at least 21 years old. (Age requirement may be waived, in writing at the discretion of Save a Stray.)*

7. I assume full responsibility for the care and conduct of this cat from this day forward, including regular veterinary care and annual vaccinations.*

8. I will contact Save a Stray if any behavioral problem(s) arise so that the problem(s) may be addressed.*

9. Failure to perform the foregoing agreement will constitute a breach of contract. In the event of any such breach of contract, I authorize Save a Stray to reclaim possession of this cat.*

10. CAT MUST LEAVE IN A CARRIER.*

Medical records will be emailed to you, if not given at time of adoption. Take the vet records to your vet for follow up.

SORRY, NO REFUNDS. All fees are used to help the next cat in need.
